If you practice in a CHC or FQHC and you are a priority primary care provider, you are entitled to reimbursement under the HITECH Act. Medicaid will pay incentives up to $63,750 over a five year period if you utilize a certified EHR system that meets meaningful use criteria.

To qualify, you must be a:

• MD or DO
• Certified nurse midwife
• Nurse practitioner
• Physician assistant practicing in an FQHC or leading a RHC
• Dentist
